The Employee Shall Not Disclose Confidential Information. The Employee will not, during the Employment Term or following the Employment Term, use, show, display, release, discuss, communicate, divulge or otherwise disclose Confidential Information to any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity for any reason or purpose whatsoever, except in connection with and only to the extent required for the performance of the Employee’s obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent or authorization of a duly authorized officer of the Company. This covenant and restriction shall continue to be binding upon the Employee after termination of any employment or other relationship with the Company and is an independent covenant.
