The Entire Agreement. 9.1 The Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement in connection with the subject matter of the Agreement between the Parties hereto and shall supersede any and all previous oral and written proposals, statements, guarantees, commitments, letters of intention, Memorandums of understanding, agreements and contracts between the Parties. The Parties shall not and have no right to rely on those proposals, statements, guarantees, commitments, letters of intention, Memorandums of understanding, agreements and contracts.
