The Environmental Trust Bond Collateral. The Issuer shall have made or caused to be made all filings with the PSCW and the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions pursuant to the Financing Order and the Statute and all other filings necessary to perfect the Grant of the Environmental Trust Bond Collateral to the Indenture Trustee and the Lien of this Indenture.
