The Executive’s Use of Confidential Information. Except in connection with and in furtherance of the Executive’s work on the Company’s behalf, the Executive shall not, without the Company’s prior written consent, at any time, directly or indirectly: (i) use any Confidential Information for any purpose; or (ii) disclose or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any person or entity; or (iii) accept or participate in any employment, consulting engagement, or other business opportunity that inevitably will result in the disclosure or use of any Confidential Information.
