Common use of The Executive’s Voluntary Termination Clause in Contracts

The Executive’s Voluntary Termination. Upon a “Voluntary Termination” of the employment relationship by the Executive prior to expiration of the Term, all future compensation that the Executive is entitled and all future benefits for which the Executive is eligible shall cease and terminate as of the date of termination. The Executive shall be entitled to pro rata salary through the date of such termination, but the Executive shall not be entitled to any Bonus or other incentive compensation not yet paid at the date of such termination. The effect and consequences of the Executive’s Voluntary Termination under this Agreement shall be independent of the Executive’s rights under any stock option agreement or plan or employee benefit award agreement.
