Common use of The Facility; Commitments Clause in Contracts

The Facility; Commitments. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Lender agrees to make Loans in Sterling to Borrower and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit hereunder from time to time during the Availability Period in an aggregate principal amount up to, but not to exceed, the amount of such Xxxxxx’s Commitment, provided that such Loans and Letter of Credit participations will not result in (a) such Xxxxxx’s Credit Exposure exceeding such Lender’s Commitment or (b) the sum of the total Credit Exposures exceeding the total Commitments. Subject to the conditions set forth herein, Borrower may borrow, prepay and reborrow Loans. APA shall be liable for all Obligations. Any Additional Borrower shall be severally liable for all Obligations which it incurs as further set forth in Section 10.13.
