The Facility. 3.1 We agree to make the Facility available to you on the terms and conditions of the Agreement, under which we will pay (on your behalf) the Retailer for the Products (namely, the Total Amount of Credit). 3.2 You are obliged to repay the amount paid by us on your behalf to the Retailer (namely, the Total Amount of Credit) together with any interest (if applicable), Fees and other amounts as specified in the Agreement.
