Common use of The Final Approval Hearing Clause in Contracts

The Final Approval Hearing. On or after the date set by the Court for the Final Approval Hearing pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(e)(2), the Court will determine (i) whether to enter a judgment finally approving the Settlement; and (ii) what, if any, legal fees and expenses should be awarded to Class Counsel as contemplated by Section 7.1 of this Agreement.
