The Financing Fee Clause Samples
The Financing Fee. In connection with each of the First Advance and the Second Advance, the Company shall pay Lender a financing fee equal to two percent (2%) of the amount of such Advance, or $6,000 CAD (the "Financing Fee"), and such amount shall be deducted directly from the principal amount of such advance.
