The Firm. The Firm means - (a) the Partnership (as constituted as at commencement of the Period of Insurance) or Recognised Body which, or sole practitioner who, contracted with the Insurer to provide this insurance; and (b) the Partnership referred to in paragraph (a) as constituted from time to time, whether prior to or during the Period of Insurance.
