Common use of The Fraternal Order of Police Clause in Contracts

The Fraternal Order of Police. Lodge No. 90, shall have three (3) union days totaling 24 man hours per contract year (April to April) to be used for continuing education or the conducting of necessary Union business. A member may be granted leave from duty with pay when using union days, upon reasonable advance notice. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
