The Fund's Notices to the Paying Agent. Whenever any shares of Preferred Shares are to be redeemed, the Fund shall mail a Notice of Redemption by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to each Holder of Preferred Shares being redeemed and to the Paying Agent pursuant to the Amended and Restated Bylaws.
