Common use of The GEF Trust Fund Grant Clause in Contracts

The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The Bank agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the GEF Trust Fund Grant in an amount equal to ten million Dollars ($ 10,000,000). Section 2.02. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31, 2011, or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

The GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.01. The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for Part B.1 of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31June 30, 2011, or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for carrying out the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31, 20112012, or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31June 30, 2011, 2011 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August December 31, 2011, 2007 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works goods and services required for carrying out Part C of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August March 31, 2011, 2006 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

The amount of the GEF Trust Fund Grant may be withdrawn from the GEF Trust Fund Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Bank shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works goods and services required for Parts X, X.0, X.0, X.0, X and E of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the GEF Trust Fund Grant. Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31June 30, 2011, or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31October 18, 2011, 2011 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient and the Beneficiary of such later date.

Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31June 30, 2011, 2010 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.

Section 2.03. The Closing Date shall be August 31June 1, 2011, 2010 or such later date as the Bank shall establish. The Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.
