The General Partnership Voting Committee will act by unanimous agreement. If the two descendants of my mother who are members of the General Partnership Voting Committee cannot agree then the Tiebreaker will cast the deciding vote and the vote of the General Partnership Voting Committee will be considered to be that of the Tiebreaker.
