The Guides and Other Documents. Copies of the Guides, including (without limitation) any amendments or supplements, or of any changes or pronouncements with respect thereto, shall be provided from time to time by the MPF Provider, at its option, either (a) by regular mail or otherwise, or (b) electronically to the Pittsburgh Bank.
