Common use of The IESO’s Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

The IESO’s Representations and Warranties. The IESO represents and warrants to the Recipient as follows and acknowledges that the Recipient is relying on such representations and warranties in entering into the Funding Agreement: (a) the IESO is a corporation without share capital amalgamated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, and has the requisite power and capacity to enter into the Funding Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder; and
