The Implementing Entity Sample Clauses

The Implementing Entity. (i) undertakes to use reasonable efforts, consistent with its standard practices and procedures, including those pertaining to combating financing for terrorists, to ensure that the Grant funds provided to the Implementing Entity by the Trustee are used for their intended purposes and are not diverted to terrorists;
