Common use of The Indenture Supplement Clause in Contracts

Copies of the Series 2006-1 Supplement, dated as of the Series 2006-1 Closing Date, and the Base Indenture, in each case duly executed by the Lessor and the Trustee, and all conditions to the effectiveness thereof and the issuance of the Notes thereunder shall have been satisfied or waived in all respects;
