The International Fund. i. An International Fund (the Fund) shall be established to receive contributions outlined in this Article and additional contributions from the international community. The Fund shall disburse monies to the Commission to enable it to carry out its functions. The Fund shall audit the Commission’s work. ii. The structure, composition and operation of the Fund are set forth in Annex X.
