The Land Holder Contribution. The Water Entity’s obligation to provide and install the Connection Infrastructure under clause 3.1 is subject to the Land Holder paying the Land Holder’s Contribution to the Water Entity not later than the Payment Date in exchange for the Water Entity entering this agreement.
