The Late Payment Sample Clauses
The Late Payment. Surcharge shall be governed as per the provisions of Electricity (Late Payment Surcharge) Rules, 2021 issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India vide notification dated 22.02.2021 and subsequent amendments or replacements thereof issued from time to time.
The Late Payment. Fee of 10% from the unpaid principal shall be charged on the 3rd, 6th, 11th, 16th and 30th day after the Due date.
