The Lease Documentation. All other documents, instruments and writings required to be delivered by Buyer at or prior to the Closing pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise required in connection herewith.
The Lease Documentation. The payment of amounts payable by the Lessee pursuant to the Lease is subject to annual appropriation by the Lessee. The Lease is being funded in the aggregate principal amount of $141,877.50 (the “Issue Price”), all of which will be disbursed on the date hereof either directly to the vendors from whom a portion of the Equipment is being purchased or to the Lessee, its departments, agencies or units, as applicable, in order to reimburse such entity for expenditures previously paid to the vendors from whom a portion of the Equipment was purchased, in any case in payment of the purchase price for the Equipment. The Rental Payment Schedule attached to the Lease as Exhibit 1 specifies and separately states the principal and interest portions of each lease payment pursuant to the Lease.
