Common use of The Lender Clause in Contracts

The Lender. The Lender may assign or transfer all or part of its rights or obligations under this deed without the consent of the Guarantor. Each assignee or transferee is to have the same rights against the Guarantor under this deed (or a proportion of those rights if it is the assignee or transferee of part only) as if named in this deed as the Lender.
