Common use of The Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

The Letters of Credit. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, each Issuing Bank agrees to issue Letters of Credit for the account of the Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.16 hereof in an aggregate outstanding face amount for all Issuing Banks, not to exceed the Letter of Credit Commitment at any time.
