Common use of The License Clause in Contracts

The License. 1. The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, paid-for, and non-transferable license to use the Software, with no territorial limitations and without the right to grant sub-licenses, in the following fields of exploitation: a) with respect to the documentation provided together with the Software that constitutes a work, as defined in the Copyrights Law: i. in terms of recording and making xxxxx—the right to make copies of the documentation using printing, reprography, and digital technologies and the right to upload the documentation to a computer memory, exclusively for the purposes related to the Licensee’s use of the Software;
