Common use of The Licensee’s Release Clause in Contracts

The Licensee’s Release. For itself and its employees, the Licensee hereby releases the University and its regents, employees, and agents forever from any and all suits, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and investigative expenses) relating to or arising out of the manufacture, use, lease, sale, or other disposition of a Licensed Product.

The Licensee’s Release. For itself and its employees, the Licensee hereby releases the University and its regents, employees, and agents forever from any and all suits, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and investigative expenses) relating to or arising out of the manufacture, use, lease, sale, or other disposition of a Licensed Product, except to the extent arising from (i) any breach by University of this Agreement or (ii) the negligence or willful misconduct of University or any of its officers, employees and agents.

The Licensee’s Release. For itself and its employees, the Licensee hereby releases the University and its regents, employees, and agents forever from any and all suits, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and investigative expenses) relating to or arising out of the Licensee’s exercise or attempt to exercise any of the rights or licenses granted it under this Agreement, including without limitation, the manufacture, use, lease, sale, or other disposition of a Licensed ProductProduct or the Licensee’s breach of any term of this Agreement.

The Licensee’s Release. For itself and its employees, the Licensee hereby releases the University University, its regents and its regents, employees, and agents forever employees from any and all suits, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and investigative expenses) relating to or arising out of the manufacture, use, lease, sale, or other disposition of a Licensed Product.
