Common use of The Licensor and Licensee Clause in Contracts

The Licensor and Licensee. warrant to each other as follows: (a) Each corporate party is duly incorporated and subsisting under the laws of its place of incorporation or subsistence. (b) Each party has the power to and is authorized to enter into this Agreement. (c) The carrying out of this Agreement will not breach or interfere with any other agreement to which the respective party has entered into.
