Common use of The Loan Clause in Contracts

The Loan. Section 2.01. ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's Special Funds resources an amount in various currencies equivalent to twenty-three million four hundred seventy four thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR23,474,000). (a) The Borrower shall pay to ADB an interest charge at the rate of 1% per annum during the grace period, and 1.5% per annum thereafter, on the amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account and outstanding from time to time.

The Loan. Section 2.01. ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's Special Funds resources an amount in various currencies equivalent to twenty-three ten million four seven hundred seventy four nineteen thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR23,474,000SDR10,719,000). Section 2.02. (a) The Borrower shall pay to ADB an interest charge at the rate of 12% per annum during the grace period, period and 1.5% per annum thereafter, on the amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account and outstanding from time to time.

The Loan. Section 2.01. ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's Special Funds resources an amount in various currencies equivalent to twenty-three nine million four one hundred seventy eighty four thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR23,474,000SDR9,184,000). (a) The Borrower shall pay to ADB an interest charge at the rate of 1% per annum during the grace period, and 1.5% per annum thereafter, thereafter on the amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account and outstanding from time to time.

The Loan. Section 2.01. ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's Special Funds resources an amount in various currencies equivalent to twentyfifty-three two million four six hundred seventy four eighty-eight thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR23,474,000SDR52,688,000). Section 2.02. (a) The Borrower shall pay to ADB an interest charge at the rate of 12% per annum during the grace period, period and 1.5% per annum thereafter, on the amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account and outstanding from time to time.

(a) The Borrower shall pay to ADB an interest charge at the rate of 12% per annum during the grace period, period and 1.5% per annum thereafter, on the amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account and outstanding from time to time.

The Loan. Section 2.01. ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's Special Funds resources an amount in various currencies equivalent to twenty-three one hundred seventy two million four hundred seventy four seventeen thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR23,474,000SDR 172,417,000). (a) The Borrower shall pay to ADB an interest charge at the rate of 1% per annum during the grace period, and 1.5% per annum thereafter, on the amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account and outstanding from time to time.
