The Management Parties Not Obligated to Advance Own Funds. Neither the Management Parties nor any of their Affiliates shall be obligated to advance any of its own funds to or for the account of Lessee, nor to incur any liability unless Lessee shall have furnished the Management Parties with funds necessary for the discharge thereof prior to incurring such liability. If the Management Parties shall have advanced any funds in payment of a permitted expense in the maintenance and operation of the Hotels, Lessee shall reimburse the Management Parties therefor on demand. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Manager shall pay from its own funds the expenses hereinafter described in Article V.
