Common use of The Managing Partners’ Powers Clause in Contracts

The Managing Partners’ Powers. Each Managing Partner shall have the broadest powers to act in any circumstance in the Company’s name and on its behalf, in accordance with the law and with this Memorandum and Articles of Association, it being stipulated that whenever this Memorandum and Articles of Association makes reference to a Managing Partner decision, the decision shall be taken by any one of the Managing Partners.
