The Master Trust’s Authorization and Execution of the Collateral Certificate. The Collateral Certificate has been authorized, authenticated, issued and delivered by the Master Trust in accordance with the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and issued to the Issuer. Each increase in the Invested Amount of the Collateral Certificate will have been authorized and effected in accordance with the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as of the applicable settlement date of each subclass of Notes.
