The Materials Sample Clauses

The Materials. Subject to the exclusive terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“T&C”), Seller agrees to sell to Miniature Precision Components, Inc. or its subsidiary(ies) or affiliates (“Buyer”) the goods, services, or material identified in the order (“the Material”). As to regular production goods only, this is a requirements contract.

The Materials. 3.1 The quantity, quality and description of the Material are set out in the Termsheet and the Company shall, inter alia, supply, and/or procure the suitable Supplier to supply the Materials to the Client. 3.2 The Company, at its reasonable endeavours, shall ensure, and/or shall assist to monitor the Supplier, so that the Materials delivered to the Client shall meet the specifications as set out in the Termsheet. 3.3 The Client shall give no less than fourteen (14) days written notice to the Company regarding any changes in the specifications of Materials for the Company to effect the change and/or co-ordinate the change with the Supplier.

The Materials. Subject to the exclusive terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“T&C”), Seller agrees to sell to Franklin Fastener Company or its subsidiary(ies) or affiliates (“Buyer”) the goods, services, or material identified in the order (“the Material”). Unless stated otherwise on the face of ▇▇▇▇▇’s Purchase Order, this is a requirements contract and Seller is obligated to supply Buyer with its production, replacement and service parts requirements of the Material.

The Materials. Transferor shall transfer to Transferee, to the extent that Transferor has the right to transfer such materials, at Transferor’s place of business certain tangible samples and/or materials owned by or licensed to Transferor that are listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (which Exhibit may be amended from time to time by written agreement of the parties hereto) and referred to herein as the “Materials”.

Unless stated otherwise on the face of ▇▇▇▇▇’s Purchase Order, this is a requirement contract, and Seller is obligated to supply Buyer with its production, replacement, and service parts requirements of the Material.

The Materials. Rent roll for the Property (when available and upon request) together with the form lease currently in use at the Property, copies of tenant leases and copies of tenant files.
