Common use of The Nature of Contract Clause in Contracts

The Nature of Contract. 2.1 This contract serves as a registration agreement for a vehicle-sharing service, i.e. vehicle leasing on an hourly basis, offered by the Company, SunCar or Shagrir, through which the car rental company shall provide the Primary Subscriber (and according to the terms of the Primary Subscriber and the terms of this contract) according to their requirements, all subject to the provisions set forth in this contract and all its Appendices. 2.2 Any deviation by the subscriber from the terms of this contract or appendices shall constitute a fundamental breach of contract, which shall enable the Company, inter alia, to cancel this contract without derogating from its rights under the law.
