THE NOTE COLLATERAL. The Note Issuer shall have made or caused to be made all filings with the ICC pursuant to the Funding Order and the Funding Law and all other filings necessary to perfect the Grant of the Note Collateral to the Indenture Trustee and the lien of this Indenture.
