The Office of Police Oversight (OPO. a) Access to Confidential Information The Director of the OPO will have unfettered access to the Internal Affairs investigation process, except as provided herein. The Director of the OPO may inquire of the Commander of the Internal Affairs Division or the Chief of Police, or the Chief’s designee, as to the status of any pending IAD investigation.
