Common use of The Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

The Other Obligations. In addition to the foregoing, the Borrowers hereby promise, jointly and severally, to pay all Obligations (other than Obligations in respect of Bank Products), including the principal amount of the Loans, amounts drawn under Letters of Credit and interest and fees on the foregoing, as the same become due and payable hereunder and, in any event, on the Revolving Credit Maturity Date. In addition to the foregoing, the Borrowers hereby promise, jointly and severally, to pay all Obligations in respect of Bank Products as the same become due and payable under the applicable Bank Products Documents.
