Common use of The Owner may select Clause in Contracts

The Owner may select. a Program Manager for this Project, and the Architect/Engineer shall coordinate its services with the Program Manager. The Owner may direct the Architect/Engineer to recognize the Program Manager as its representative for the performance of various duties which are otherwise defined as the responsibility of the Owner. Architect/Engineer hereby acknowledges such appointment.
