The Owner Trustee and the Delaware Trustee May Own Notes. Each of the Owner Trustee and the Delaware Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes. Each of the Owner Trustee and the Delaware Trustee may deal with the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee, the Administrator and their respective Affiliates in banking transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Owner Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, respectively, and the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee, the Administrator and their respective Affiliates may maintain normal commercial banking relationships with the Owner Trustee, the Delaware Trustee and their Affiliates.
