The Participants Agreements. (a) Each Paired Optional Redemption and each Paired Issuance shall be effected in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Participants Agreements, which procedures may be amended from time to time with the written consent of the Trustee, the Up Trustee and the Administrative Agent in accordance with the provisions thereof.
