Common use of The Parties' Declarations Clause in Contracts

The Parties' Declarations. a. The parties declare that this Agreement has been arranged in accordance with the Association's Budgets Control Codex (hereinafter - "the Codex"), and subject to all of the other regulations of the association, as shall be determined by the Association from time to time. b. The parties declare herewith that any of the provisions of clause 9 of this Agreement (or another provision) that shall contradict the provisions of the codex and/or the other provisions of this Agreement and/or shall deviate from the directives of the codex, shall be deemed null and void.
