The Partnership’s Right to Observe. The Partnership shall at all times have the right to observe and consult with Antero in connection with Antero’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The Partnership shall comply with all reasonable requirements of Antero prior to such observation or witnessing, including but not limited to safety requirements.

The Partnership’s Right to Observe.
