Common use of The Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

The Paying Agents. (i) agree to procure that, so long as any of the Seventh Issuer Notes remains liable to prescription, there shall be in force an appointment of such a person approved by the Note Trustee with an office in London with authority to accept service as aforesaid; (ii) agree that failure by any such person to give notice of such service of process to the relevant Paying Agent shall not impair the validity of such service or of any judgement based thereon; (iii) consent to the service of process in respect of any Proceedings by the airmailing of copies, postage prepaid, to the relevant Paying Agent in accordance with CLAUSE 16; and (iv) agree that nothing in this Agreement shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by law.
