Our Fees for using the new checkout solution apply. As a merchant, you shall not surcharge for the use of the PayPal services, including without limitation additional "services fees", higher shipping costs compared to the shipping costs when other payment methods are used, or any other additional fees or charges you charge to your customers for using the PayPal services. Surcharging is a restricted activity.
