Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan. This Agreement, including any attachments, and the Plan constitute the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding this grant of RSUs. Any prior agreements, commitments or negotiations concerning this grant of RSUs are superseded. To the extent the terms of this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Plan, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
