The Pre-Existing System. Where the Existing System Representation demonstrates deliverability issues, a Developer electing XXXX need only address the incremental deliverability of its XXXX request, not the deliverability of the pre-existing system depicted in the Existing System Representation. Likewise, Transmission Owners will not be responsible for curing any pre-existing issues related to the deliverability of generators.
