Common use of The price for the Goods Clause in Contracts

The price for the Goods. (a) shall be the price set out in the Order, or if no price is quoted, the price set out in the Supplier's published price list in force at the Commencement Date; and (b) shall be inclusive of the costs of packaging, insurance and carriage of the Goods. No extra charges shall be effective unless agreed in writing and signed by Darchem.
