The Public Units Sample Clauses

The 'Public Units' clause defines which portions of a project, product, or service are designated as accessible or usable by the general public. Typically, this clause outlines the specific units, components, or features that are not restricted to private or internal use, such as public-facing APIs, shared resources, or open-access facilities. By clearly identifying what is considered a public unit, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about access rights and usage, ensuring that both parties know which elements are available for public interaction and which remain private or proprietary.
