Common use of The Receiving Party Clause in Contracts

The Receiving Party. 11.2.1. may not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; 11.2.2. may not disclose any Confidential Information to any person outside its organisation except with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party; and 11.2.3. shall make every effort to prevent the unauthorised use or disclosure of the Confidential Information by itself, the members of its organisation, its contractors or any third party involved by it in the provision of the Services.
