The Receiving Party. 9.1.1 will not use Confidential Information for a purpose other than the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; 9.1.2 will not disclose Confidential Information to a person except with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party; and 9.1.3 shall take all reasonable measures to prevent any unauthorised disclosure, access, use or misappropriation of Confidential Information, which for the avoidance of doubt shall not be less than the measures it takes in relation to its own similar Confidential Information, such measures to be no lesser than a reasonable standard of care.
