Common use of The Receiving Party Clause in Contracts

The Receiving Party. 16.2.1 may not use Confidential Information for a purpose other than the performance of its obligations or enforcement of its rights (including for the purposes of the dispute resolution mechanisms in this Agreement) under this Agreement or another Transaction Document to which it is a party; 16.2.2 may not disclose Confidential Information to a person except with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party or in accordance with Clauses 16.3 and 16.4; and 16.2.3 shall make every effort to prevent the use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
